Results are out!!! I guess they are up to expectations. Question is whether my expectations are high enough for honours.
Looking at my results has got me thinking about the glass being half empty and half full.
Also, I've come to understand that in University, grades are a bit of a hush hush. Unlike in secondary school or college where everybody went round broadcasting their results. It's sort of taboo. But nobody likes to be rude, so the politically right answer is always "I'm just aiming to pass", or "Yea I think my results are good, I passed."
Got me thinking that since everyone knows that no one is going to reveal their grades so willingly, and the strategy is always to just say "pass", why do people still bother? I bet there is some economics to it.
